Because of the nature of live animal sales, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of both our kittens and our clients.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Health Guarantee Violation: If a kitten is found to have a life-threatening congenital condition within 72 hours of arrival, verified by a licensed veterinarian.
Unavailability of Reserved Kitten: If the reserved kitten becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances and a suitable replacement cannot be offered.
Deposit Refunds (Before Reservation Confirmation): If a deposit was made but the buyer changes their mind before a specific kitten is officially reserved.

Non-Refundable Situations
Change of Mind After Reservation: Once a kitten is reserved and held for a buyer, deposits are non-refundable.
Failure to Pick Up or Accept Delivery: If the buyer fails to complete the transaction or accept delivery within the agreed timeframe.
Allergies or Personal Circumstances: Refunds will not be issued due to buyer allergies, housing issues, or other personal changes.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten.
Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.
If Royal Maine Coons cancels the sale for any reason, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the kitten has been dispatched. If delivery is delayed due to weather or airline issues, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.
