Health Guarantee

At Royal Maine Coons, the health and well-being of our kittens is our top priority. We follow rigorous breeding practices, veterinary protocols, and socialization routines to ensure each kitten is healthy, happy, and ready for their forever home.

Health Guarantee Coverage
We provide a 72-hour health guarantee from the time of pickup or delivery. During this period:
Buyers must have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian.
If a life-threatening congenital condition is diagnosed, and verified in writing by the vet, we will offer:
A full refund (upon return of the kitten), or
A replacement kitten of equal value (subject to availability)

Ongoing Health Support
All kittens are vaccinated, dewormed, and vet-checked prior to leaving our care.
We provide a health record and feeding instructions with each kitten.
Buyers are responsible for routine veterinary care, vaccinations, and proper nutrition after the 72-hour window.

Exclusions
Minor, treatable conditions (e.g., mild parasites, upper respiratory infections) are not covered.
Injuries or illnesses caused by neglect, improper care, or exposure after delivery are not covered.
No guarantee is made regarding future size, temperament, or breeding potential.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a kitten from Royal Maine Coons, you agree to the following terms:

Ownership & Responsibility
Buyers must be at least 18 years old.
Kittens are sold as pets only, unless breeding rights are explicitly granted in writing.
Buyers agree to provide lifelong care, proper nutrition, and veterinary attention.

Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten.
Full payment is due before pickup or delivery.
Accepted payment methods include : e.g., bank transfer, Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App.

Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy
We do not accept returns due to personal circumstances, allergies, or behavioral issues.

Marketing & Testimonials
Buyers may be asked to share photos or testimonials for marketing purposes.
Participation is voluntary and consent-based.
